Alright, I just want to make it clear that the one star review was a mistake made by me. I did not realize they had so many people request refunds under false pretenses, and it was my mistake for not reading the policies. The case is beautiful and these people are doing the best they can, I apologize for my past harsh review!

I have not received the phone case yet, but I just wanted to give a fair warning in case anyone else has a problem with their order. These people are very rude. I’m no Karen, so I hate complaining about businesses because I know their doing the best they can even when they make mistakes. But I had a misunderstanding with my order, and they treated me like a stupid child. Their responses were all condescending. I’ve never been treated like this by a business before. I’m very disappointed. I hope anyone who reads this does not have to experience the same.
